Returns & Refund Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging where applicable.

Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.
How to Request a Refund or Return

Return Shipping
If a return is approved:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 Business Days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the returned item is received and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please get in touch with your card provider.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
